Pricing for Managed ASP Model
Hosted Survey™ Private Label ASP (Hosted and Managed)
This plan is designed for organizations who want to private
label, brand and personalize the entire testing application
(not just the tests themselves) and outsource all of the hosting
and management of the Hosted Survey™ system so that it
is completely maintenance-free to you. Can be used for internal
organizational, campus or departmental use, or as an offering
to your own clients.
No investment in technology infrastructure is required, and
no specific involvement by technical personnel is required.
Our private label ASP plans also offer multiple account management
features, language localization options for the application
interface, optional custom reporting and data transfer interfaces,
and other specialized hosting, configuration and automation
needs.
The plan includes:
- Hosted Survey™ application private labeled for your
organization
- Totally configurable, personalized, localized and branded
- Multiple accounts, including shared master account, templates
and
question libraries
- Hosting in secure data center, full system maintenance,
backup
and recovery
- Optional separate dedicated server
- Setup and support in the configuration and branding of
the
Hosted Survey™ application
- Automatic software application upgrades and administrative
technical support
- Telephone or on-site training, implementation support
- All of the same features included in the Standard "Per
Response" Plan
Terms and Pricing
All plans are paid quarterly in advance of
service and require a minimum one year contract term. Longer
terms are available at discounted rates.
Full year prepaid - 5% off recurring fees.
2 year term, contract commitment - 10%
off recurring fees.
3 year term, contract commitment - 20%
off recurring fees.
Annual subscription pricing is based on anticipated
volume of responses (completed tests) and expected end-user
(author/admin) accounts.

One-time setup charge of $2,500 includes all private label
configuration and branding plus an initial 2-hour training
teleconference.
Pricing Scenario: Example 1
- Max Accounts: 10
- Max Responses: 10,000
- First year costs: $2,500 (setup) + $2,000 (responses)
= $4,500
- Payment first quarter: $2,500 (setup) + $500 = $3,000
- Payment next three quarters: $500 each
Pricing Scenario: Example 2
- Max Accounts: 50
- Max Responses: 100,000
- First year costs: $2,500 (setup) + $2,400 (accounts) +
$8,000 (responses) = $12,900
- Payment first quarter: $2,500 (setup) + $2,600 = $5,100
- Payment next three quarters: $2,600 each

technology, maintenance, backups and server monitoring to
support and private label configuration is handled by us.
